Enjoy all the perks of this pristine 3BR/2BA waterfront beach cottage with 100 ft. of private beach overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Known as very safe for children, this bay beach offers warm, calm water when the tide is high to take advantage of activities including fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Take a walk on the flats at low tide you can venture out over a mile to gather hermit crabs, clams, shells, and sand dollars among other treasures. The cottage offers plenty of space including a living room, dining room, kitchen, and spacious screened porch area - all with breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay. This single-level home features a main room with a private bath and queen bed. Additional guest rooms will have another two queens and a single bed. Two additional cots in the screened porch area for overnight guests. $500 Administrative fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens included.

This was our family’s first trip to Cape Cod and we found the perfect rental! The rustic interior was charming and the home was well appointed, making our stay super relaxing. You can’t beat the location and private beachfront! We love this home so much we spent most of our time there opting out of most tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this home if you love a clean, charming space with gorgeous views and sunsets. We will definitely rent again for our next visit! Thank you for making our stay absolutely magical!
