Situated in the idyllic neighborhood of East Dennis, the closest bay beach is less than a half mile away, with several other popular beaches not much farther. Walk the beach flats for miles at low tide this is your sanctuary for the perfect Cape Cod vacation. The kid-friendly yard is perfect for playing or just spreading out to enjoy the private, well maintained grounds and gardens. With multiple outdoor grills and dining tables this home makes it easy to entertain with space for everyone. After dinner you can take in the beautiful sunsets in from one of the several places, comfortably furnished balcony deck and covered porch. Dont feel like cooking? There are plenty of fantastic local restaurants and shops all along Route 6A in Dennis. The estate consists of two separate but connected dwellings, each with its own new fully-equipped kitchen, lounge areas, bedrooms and baths. In total, the home offers six bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with an outside shower. The top floor will feature open living concept with kitchen, dining, living and one bedroom. The lower level will have two additional bedrooms plus full bath to service those rooms. Beautiful well maintained home with tremendous views in a great location with easy access to the beach. We have rented several homes on the Cape for our family vacation of 14. This home worked the best for us with a 2nd floor space to gather together. The bedrooms worked perfectly and the upstairs loft was a huge hit for the younger grandchildren

We love everything about the house and plan to keep renting it every summer. It's perfect for our family. One thing to note, the oven thermostat on the B side doesn't work. It was off last year too. We were unable to bake anything in it.

Our family has been vacationing at the Cape for about 40 years now and always enjoy it. This year was no different accept that there are 15 of us in total so we had a need to get a larger rental. This property was great! Plenty of room, a short walk to Corporation beach and close to several other places to eat, or shop. We enjoyed everything about it and would recommend it to anyone with a large family.

Nice improvements to the property. Great location. However the microwave did not work and the 4pm check in/10am check out is ridiculous and I’m hoping that will change in the future.
