Enjoy your time away from home at this delightful 3Bd/2Ba home in Brewster that has access to an association beach on Cape Cod Bay. Newly added to our inventory, this home is nicely decorated with new furnishings, fresh paint and new improvements around every corner. Spacious inside and out, this house is ideal for a large family or two families to vacation together. The first floor bright with plenty of windows in the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room and sun porch. A full bathroom and bedroom complete the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and a shared bath. Available to rent weekly during the summer months and shorter stays during the rest of the year. Available Off Season for 3 Night Minimum (June and September stays of less than a full week must fall within the same week Between Saturday and Saturday + $225/cleaning fee. Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package provided for 8 upon request at an additional cost.

We love this house by the bay. We have stayed here many times. We walk or bike to beach, Main Street, Nickerson Park and all around this lovely part of the Cape. The house feels like a home with everything you need to cook and relax. We will be back.

Just returned from a fabulous week in Brewster. This was my first time renting a house on my own as opposed to being a guest in someone else’s rental and it couldn’t have gone smoother. The process was simple and most importantly the property was perfect for our family of four along with a daughter’s “plus one” . The property had all we could have needed for a great Cape week. My favorite was the screened in porch where we enjoyed coffee every morning. Easy walk to a beautiful Bay beach as well as some of the delightful stores and cafes in Brewster. We especially loved the Snowy Owl and Brewster Books .

My family just returned from a short, but fabulous getaway at this lovely home. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything we might need. We used the provided beach chairs daily as we took the quick stroll to the beach down the street and enjoyed the fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and outdoor lights every night. The location in Brewster was perfect, close to both the beach and the shops on Main Street. We look forward to renting here again in the future!
