Gorgeous 2BR/2BA townhome with loft. Open living-dining area with sliders to nice patio area. First floor bedroom with queen bed, spiral stairs to second floor loft with two twin beds, second enclosed bedroom with one twin and 1 double bed with full bath. Two bedrooms with A/C and owner also provides internet access. There is an additional charge for pools. Enjoy all pools and just a short drive to Brewster town beaches. Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $417.50 (Linens Included) plus applicable state and local taxes
