Charming, perfect location and every amenity you could want! The first floor features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a pyramid bunk bed. A luxurious full bathroom with laundry area is easy to access from the bedrooms or the living room area. The kitchen is equipped with high end cabinets, appliances and fixtures to make even preparing your morning cup of coffee an enjoyable experience. There is a large living room and dining area with plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. Step out of the living room through the French doors to access a wonderful outdoor deck and spacious back yard with water views! One of the wonderful features of this home is the abundance of natural light streaming in from the large windows, French doors and many skylights throughout the home. The second floor features a master suite complete with a queen size bed, sitting area and bathroom, perfect if you are traveling with extended family. Enjoy your stay even more because you are just steps to Pleasant Street Beach! Non-refundable $500 Administrative fee, $400 Cleaning fee (All linens included), plus applicable state and local taxes. Our family of 5 visited the Mermaid’s View in South Chatham at the end of June 2022. We enjoyed every moment of our week there. The house was clean and beautifully situated with plenty of room and privacy for our three kids as well as a private, upstairs bedroom for the adults. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare lovely meals at the house where we dined on the outside patio. The house had ample provisions including towels and beach chairs for our visit to the local beaches. The views from the house provided tranquil views of the ocean and a quick walk to the local, private beach. We were sad to leave this vacation and are hoping to visit again in our future!!

We were looking for a relaxing and no stress beach location and this home was exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed the quiet backyard for relaxing with a drink and play time with the kids in the yard. All the natural light and big windows really make the house feel warm and cozy. The location is not too far from the main street and plenty of Chatham's attractions so we were able to have a nice morning meal in the backyard and then head out for the days adventures without stress. Taking the kids out for a jaunt on the beach was no problem when the mood struck with a short walk from the back of the house. We couldn't have asked for a better location and are thankful to have stayed here for our first time in Chatham.

We loved our stay. The home was a perfect location to the beach with a large yard for our 2 year old to roam. Home was well equipped with beach toys, chairs and towels. We would love to stay here again.

Our family had a fantastic time staying in this home. The quiet community, extremely easy walk to the beach, and quick drive to downtown Chatham all added to our experience. We also very much appreciated that the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need for the week, including great kitchen appliances, beach chairs, sand toys, and much more. Everything in the home is beautifully renovated and well maintained, and it was a treat to be a guest in such a cozy and relaxing space.

A truly wonderful experience on Cape Cod at this little gem on Salt spray lane. Our family of 4 were beyond happy with our stay at this property. It has a great open layout with tons of Cape charm! There’s tons of windows for gorgeous ocean views and lots of sunlight. The home is quite comfortable, clean and comes equipped with everything you need to a enjoy yourself at the beach. There’s so much to do at all the towns and beaches, they all offer a little different side of this cool arm of coastline. If it’s your first time visiting the cape (like ours) do a bit a research….find all the beaches that have the best sunsets and long stretches of beach that reveal themselves when the tide goes out, find the best spot for seal watching, do a whale watching tour (and so so much more)! I’d highly recommend this property and can’t wait to go back again!

This house was perfect for our family of six (kids aged 12, 10, 8, and 6). Plenty of room inside, beautiful outdoor space, a stone's throw to a quiet beach, and close to everything else we wanted to do and see on Cape Code. Highlights of our trip included waterfront dining at Brax Landing, takeout seafood and seal watching at Chatham Pier, awesome lobsters from Chatham Lobster (Brock and Faye), minigolf at Skull Island, a beautiful sunset at encounter beach, and exploring the tide pools at the Brewster beaches. We would stay at this home again in a heartbeat. Owner and staff were great to work with, and house had everything you would expect and more to make for a wonderful vacation.
