All bedrooms are on the second floor with two twins in the first bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third bedroom. Fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room area, and den are also located on the first floor. A spacious and private wooded yard equipped with a gas grill will have you enjoying a family BBQ during your stay. Located just 7/10 of a mile to beautiful Breakwater beach! Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $389.50 (Linens Included) plus applicable state and local taxes.

Lovely Home & Stay

My daughter and I really enjoyed or stay in this lovely, well-appointed home! It’s down the street from the Brewster General Store and a short walk to a public bay beach where we enjoyed many walks on the tidal flats that stretch for miles. The kitchen is fabulous - spacious and open, with all you need to make family meals, and comfortable outside seating to boot! We would return in a heartbeat!

In the heart of Brewster!

Loved this place! Brought family from Ireland over and we all enjoyed how secluded yet central this cosy cape cod cottage is! We could walk to the general store, woodshed, chowder house, library, and breakwater beach. We love a walk and despite busy roads there were clear crossings. It was spacious enough to have a family cookout and clam bake and we had the best summer holiday! Thank you to the homeowner <3

Lovely home - well maintained. Within short driving distance to bay beaches and local shopping. Bedrooms were air conditioned and all appliances in good working order. 2-1/2 bathrooms a particular convenience. The only negative is that the house is located on Harwich Road which is a busy street which makes walking to beaches and local shops difficult. House is also a few homes away from 6A - a busy intersection.

The house is a quintessential Cape cottage. Its older, but very clean and well kept and was perfect for what we needed (mainly a place to sleep while we were out all day).

The home that I rented was perfect! It had all the comforts of home and everything needed for a perfect vacation. The beach was less than a 5 min drive and close to 6A. The house itself was very private with lots of outdoor space for gatherings of friends and family. Very pleased and would rent there again.
