Come and enjoy this spacious Brewster home near Crosby Landing. This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home is set in a serenely quiet neighborhood with a big grassy yard. It is quiet, yet minutes away from all the amenities and tourist attractions. This home has plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation, inside and out. The master suite, with a King bed (2 XL twins with a 2 remotes to raise and lower the head) and en-suite bathroom, is located on the third level which also features an attached bunk room - with full beds and a trundle (a twin bed). The master bath offers a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall. There are 2 additional bedrooms, one with 2 Twin beds and the other with a Queen, located on the second level and share a full bath. The fourth bedroom, with a Queen bed, is located on the lower level and has a private entrance, living area and full bath. Easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, explore Nickerson State Park or wonder to Crosby Landing, which is about a half mile away. Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $526 (Linens Included) plus applicable state and local taxes.

This is the 2nd year we’ve rented this property & we will definitely return. We stay with another family & there is enough space for everyone. Perfect location for walking to the beach with kids. The grill is the only thing we don’t love about this house.

We had a really great family vacation at 62 Hillbourne. Lots of space and very kid friendly. The kitchen is well stocked and the back porch was perfect for barbecues and dance parties with my nieces.

Perfect location for kids short walk to beach & rail trails! Lots of living space & a well stocked kitchen. We went with another family & there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. We loved the outside shower! We would definitely rent this house again.
